Welcome to RosieWoods Cattery, where we specialize in breeding and selling high-quality British and Oriental Shorthair cats.

It all started with these two adorable British Shorthair cats Snicker and Doodle. We realized immediately that these cats were perfect all the way around, from their amazing attitudes, playfulness, ease of grooming and big beautiful eyes. We knew the British Shorthair was unlike any other breed and we wanted to learn all we could about them. We began to show Doodle in cat shows and she rapidly became the judges favorite due to her plush coat, copper eyes, and calm but outgoing temperament. Doodle is now a Regional Winning Supreme Grand Champion Alter and while we don't show Snicker, he makes us laugh everyday with his love for food and his larger than life personality.

At the cat shows another breed caught our attention, the Oriental Shorthair. Their personality greatly differs from the British Shorthair in the sense that they crave non stop love and attention. They want to be on you and form deep bonds with their owners. Their large ears, slender bodies, and slick coat are sure to catch your eye. Orientals are quite the talkative cats, and will let you know exactly how they are feeling with their very distinctive meow. "MAO!"

Our Process
At RosieWoods Cattery, we believe that adopting a cat is a big decision, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our adoption process is simple and straightforward. First, take a look at our available cats on our website. Once you've found one you like, contact us for our adoption application. We'll review your application and get back to you within 24 hours. Kittens are available to go to their new homes between the ages of 12-16 weeks once they are weaned, litter box trained, vaccinated, registered with TICA and deemed healthy by our registered vet.

To be placed on our waitlist, you will need an approved application and also be required to pay a $100 non-refundable waitlist fee. We accept requests for gender and specific colors. Once we have a kitten available for you a $900 non- refundable deposit will be required to reserve your kitten. Both fees will go towards the final price of your kitten.

We take pride in our breeding process and the care we give to our cats. All of our cats are raised in a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring that they are healthy and happy. We follow a strict breeding process to ensure that our cats are of the highest quality and have the best temperaments. All of our breeding cats have regular veterinary checkups, vaccinations, genetic testing and health testing. They are all negative for FELV/FIV/PKD
